Position: Project Electrical Engineer – Industrial & Commercial Works

Role Overview

As an Electrical Engineer at GGS Engineering Service, you will be responsible for the complete project execution lifecycle — from planning and design to commissioning and documentation. This role requires both technical strength and practical site coordination ability.

Detailed Responsibilities

Technical & Planning:

  • Electrical load calculations and system sizing
  • Preparation of electrical layouts and single-line diagrams
  • BOQ preparation and cost estimation
  • Material specification and vendor coordination

Project Execution:

  • Supervision of panel installation and cabling
  • Coordination with site supervisors and contractors
  • Monitoring quality and safety compliance
  • Testing & commissioning support

Documentation & Billing Support:

  • Verification of site measurements
  • Support RA Bill and Final Bill preparation
  • Maintain project technical files
  • Client reporting and documentation submission

Required Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
  • Understanding of Indian Electrical Standards
  • BOQ & billing understanding
  • Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
  • Leadership and problem-solving mindset
