Position: Site Execution & Billing Supervisor

Role Overview

The Electrical Site Supervisor will act as the backbone of project execution. This position requires strong field experience, manpower management ability, billing coordination knowledge, and documentation skills.

Detailed Responsibilities

Site Execution:

  • Supervise daily work activities of electricians & wiremen
  • Ensure work is done as per approved drawings
  • Monitor cable laying, panel fixing, and termination work
  • Ensure PPE and safety compliance

Material & Resource Control:

  • Track material consumption
  • Minimise wastage
  • Maintain store and site records

Billing & Documentation:

  • Prepare Measurement Books (MB)
  • Verify executed quantities as per BOQ
  • Assist in RA Bill preparation
  • Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
  • Client coordination for documentation approvals
  • Final bill submission support

Required Skills:

  • Practical electrical site knowledge
  • BOQ & quantity verification ability
  • Basic billing & project accounting understanding
